Founder
CHRISTIANI BUDIONO
Christin is the Co-Founder of Chrishera Consulting and currently serves as Director of Finance for the opening of a resort in Bintan under an international hotel chain. With over a decade of experience in leading hotel groups such as Accor, Marriott, Archipelago International, and Golden Tulip, she has developed a leadership style that is both adaptive and strategic, while always valuing integrity and keeping long-term goals in focus to drive profitability. She has successfully led the opening of new hotels, managed hotel conversions (rebranding), and collaborated with investors to design corporate fundraising strategies—driven by her passion for business analysis and making data-driven decisions that deliver results. At Chrishera, Christin applies her expertise to help businesses across industries strengthen their financial foundation, whether through accounting, feasibility studies, forecasting, or strategic partnerships. Her commitment to integrity, adaptability, and sustainable growth ensures clients can focus on expanding their business with confidence, knowing they have a trusted partner by their side.

Partner - Brand, Marketing & Creative Strategy
ANDRIYAN FEBRIYANTO
Andriyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has built his expertise across training, sales, marketing, communication, events, digital strategy, and most recently, hotel revenue management. He began his career at Prudential Indonesia, where he delivered training for agents and agency leaders across more than 20 offices in Eastern Indonesia. In 2017, he joined Atelier Bassi AG (PT Sari Rambut), an Indonesian–Swiss company in Bali, as Marketing & Communication Manager, overseeing webshop operations, advertising campaigns, partnerships, and international trade. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he expanded his digital presence through the Remote Skills Academy, working as a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist while also supporting community and partnership initiatives. His career progressed further at Sierra Nevada Hospitality, where he leads sales and marketing for Hotel Lumberjack and Sonora Inn, two 30-room boutique hotels in downtown Sonora, California. In this role, he drives revenue and distribution strategies, strengthens digital presence and brand positioning, and builds guest-focused initiatives through partnerships and on-property experiences — bridging on-site operations with international remote leadership. In 2025, he also became a Partner at Chrishera Consulting, where he applies his cross-industry background to help businesses refine their identity, elevate their digital presence, and grow with confidence.

Accounting Manager
MERRY WIBOWO
Merry has been growing with our company since its early days as part of the accounting team. She began her career as a frontliner in the banking industry for two years before transitioning to corporate finance, bringing with her strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach. With a background in direct client service and a meticulous work ethic, Merry is known for being detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to delivering work on time. She currently manages more than five client companies, including retail fashion brands and a small hotel, handling their bookkeeping and financial reporting needs. Merry greatly enjoys building strong communication with clients, whether online or in person, and providing practical solutions that meet their business needs. She believes that solid teamwork is the key to shared success and continues to develop her skills to make the best possible contribution to the company and the clients she serves.

Admin Assistant
DWI WIRASAVITRI
Dwi graduated from the Accounting program at Politeknik Negeri Bali, one of the leading vocational institutions in Bali. She began her professional career as an Accounting Administrator at a company in the seafood industry, later moving into the hotel management sector to broaden her experience in administrative systems within hospitality. She continued her journey with us more than a year ago, taking on a range of administrative responsibilities and providing operational support to clients, including document management, reporting, and the preparation of accounting and tax-related data. With her educational background and diverse experience, Dwi is skilled in carrying out administrative tasks with accuracy, structure, and attention to detail. Highly adaptable to different industries, she adds value to the companies she supports by ensuring administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Accounting Manager & Tax Specialist
KADEK ROSITA DEWI INDRA P.
Rosita holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from Udayana University, graduating with top honors. She began her career as a Tax Specialist, mastering tax reporting, compliance, and strategic savings for clients. In 2021, she became a Financial Consultant, helping clients craft personalized financial strategies, and in 2022, she joined LYD Bali Group, rising to Assistant Finance & Accounting Manager. There, she managed accounting operations, optimized processes, and led key financial systems. With expertise spanning finance, accounting, and tax, Rosita is known for her precision, analytical skills, and adaptability. Her combination of academic excellence and hands-on experience makes her a reliable professional in delivering efficient, accurate, and strategic financial management.

Accounting Manager
DITHA AYU PRATAMA
Ditha holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and has developed her expertise across finance, accounting, auditing, and tax in industries ranging from education to manufacturing and F&B. She began her career as a Junior Auditor at Moores Rowland Indonesia, later taking on freelance audit work where she gained hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and inventory checks. In 2020, she joined Badanamu – Kidsloop Nusantara, where she managed financial reporting in both IDR and USD, handled vendor payments, and ensured tax compliance, while also contributing to the development of SOPs that streamlined payment processes. Her career progressed further at Dplava Bali, a fast-growing F&B company, where she advanced to Senior Accounting & Finance staff. There, she played a key role in developing the company’s accounting system, preparing budgets and cash flow reports, and providing strategic financial insights to owners and investors. Certified in Brevet A & B taxation and skilled in tools such as QuickBooks, SAGE, and SkyTouch, Ditha is recognized for her analytical mindset, structured approach, and clear communication — qualities that make her a trusted partner in driving efficiency and informed decision-making.
